Dr. Mark Corkin, DC is a chiropractic physician with over 10 years of experience in spine and sports medicine. Dr. Corkin offers traditional chiropractic adjusting and has additional training in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), advanced qualifications in manipulation under anesthesia, and he is currently working towards qualifications and licensing in electro-diagnostics.
While living overseas in the UK, Dr. Corkin pursued his undergraduate degree in life sciences while working in nursing. Upon his return to the States he applied, and was accepted to New York Chiropractic College. As a veteran, Dr. Corkin completed his internship in the Canandaigua Veterans Hospital. He graduated in 2009 and spent his first two years volunteering at a Rochester clinic for low-income families while working part-time in a Health and Wellness clinic. He returned to NJ in 2011 and began working with NESSM in 2012.
Dr. Corkin lives in Brick with his wife, an acupuncturist, and their two children. He enjoys outdoor activities and anything that poses a challenge. His hobbies include reef-keeping, dabbling in music, and resurrecting an old Jeep from the verge of doom.
