Shannon Kelly, DPT

Shannon Kelly, DPT is a current Physical Therapist practicing at the Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine Freehold location.

She received her undergraduate degree at Georgian Court University where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry. She became interested in physical therapy during her undergraduate career, where she was a collegiate women’s soccer player and unfortunately tore her ACL. After undergoing the surgery and rehabilitation for this injury, she aspired to become a physical therapist helping people recover from injuries and surgeries, especially athletes. She continued her education at Columbia University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
