Tom Sacerdote, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist with a strong foundation in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. A native of Middletown, NJ, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2021, followed by his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2024.
Tom’s clinical training included acute care and general outpatient rehabilitation, where he gained comprehensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of diverse patient populations. His primary expertise is in orthopedic rehabilitation of both upper and lower extremity conditions, with a particular interest in working with overhead athletes and baseball players. As a former baseball player himself, Tom finds this work especially meaningful and strives to help athletes return to their sport and perform at their highest level. Looking ahead, he aspires to pursue certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to further advance his expertise in upper extremity care.
Outside of practice, Tom enjoys strength training at the gym, spending time with friends, and rooting for his favorite teams—the New York Giants, New York Mets, and New York Knicks. His professional mission is rooted in a deep love for occupational therapy and a commitment to providing client-centered, personal, well-rounded, and effective care through meaningful connections with each patient.
