Ahmed Badri, DO

Ahmad Badri, DO is an orthopedic surgeon who is highly experienced in treating sports-related injuries, with a focus on cartilage restoration, joint replacements, and complex ligament and tendon reconstruction of the hip, knee, and shoulder. Dr. Badri offers a variety of sports medicine and surgical services at NorthEast Spine and Sports Medicine, a practice with offices throughout New Jersey.

Dr. Badri trained in sport medicine specialties at the renowned NYU Langone Health Hospital for Joint Diseases, which is consistently ranked as one of the country’s top orthopedic institutes. He treats all levels of athletes, from weekend warriors to professional players. He has worked with numerous college and professional organizations, including the Jacksonville Jaguars, the National Women’s Hockey League, and various college basketball teams.

Dr. Badri graduated at the top of his class at New York Institute of Technology with a degree in osteopathic medicine. He continued pursuing excellence throughout his orthopedic surgery residency at RWJ Barnabas Health in New Jersey, where he later served as chief resident. Following graduation, Dr. Badri published numerous research papers and book chapters that focused on sports medicine and joint replacement topics.

Dr. Badri is also well-versed in the latest techniques and technology involved with regenerative medicine, including platelet-rich plasma therapies and stem cell treatments.

Dr. Badri, a New Jersey native, continues to evolve his techniques in orthopedic and sports-related medicine. Faisal K. Siddiqi, MD

Faisal Siddiqi, MD is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in arrhythmias and vein services. He performs a variety of diagnostic and treatment services for cardiac and vein conditions, including minimally invasive procedures and surgeries.

Dr. Siddiqi earned his medical degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He also completed a second fellowship training in cardiovascular disease at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Siddiqi completed his fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell campus. There, he learned minimally invasive electrophysiology procedures under the guidance of well-renowned cardioelectrophysiologists.

Dr. Siddiqi’s extensive training in minimally invasive procedures translates to treating diseases of the veins. He trained with the distinguished Harvard-educated Dr. Michael Nguyen at the prestigious Vein Institute and Pain Centers of America in Manhattan, New York. Dr. Siddiqi uses the latest cutting-edge technology, including endovenous radiofrequency ablation and VenaSeal™, to treat conditions such as venous insufficiency and varicose veins.

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Siddiqi gained national recognition for his research and presentations. He presents at academic conferences, and his articles have been published in peer-reviewed journals, highlighting his commitment to working with arrhythmia-related disorders.

Dr. Siddiqi retains active membership in the Heart Rhythm Society and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has been a multiple recipient of the NJ Monthly Top Doctors in New Jersey as well as Metro Top Doctors Top 10% in Health Care.

Nicholas Houlis, DO

Dr. Nicholas Houlis is a Board certified General Surgeon, specializing in Hand and Elbow surgery. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York.  After completing a five year General Surgery residency at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center serving as Chief resident, he underwent 2 more years of additional training in Hand Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His surgical interests are upper extremity, emphasizing in care for acute and chronic injuries.  He specializes in minimally invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel release, CMC joint arthroplasty,  tendon interposition for thumb CMC arthritis, trigger finger release, and DeQuervains tenosynovitis. Due to his exceptional skill, his patients return to their activities a few days after surgery. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Houlis enjoys the outdoors, whether its hiking in the mountains or visiting the beach.  He understands the importance of helping patients get back to their daily routine pain free and quickly as possible.
