Wesley Knott, MS, OTR/L, is a licensed and registered occupational therapist providing rehabilitation services at Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine in Wall Township, New Jersey.

Wesley grew up in South Jersey and has lived in New Jersey his entire life. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2019 and his Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University in 2022. During this time, he also served as a tactical aircraft maintenance specialist in the New Jersey Air National Guard.

Wesley has clinical experience providing occupational therapy services to individuals across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations. His clinical experience includes treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, neuromuscular disorders, neurological conditions, and post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in treating upper extremity conditions, including rotator cuff injuries, lateral and medial epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, trigger finger, Dupuytren's contractures, and other common upper extremity conditions.

Outside of work, Wesley is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys exercising, paddleboarding, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and snowboarding. He understands the impact an injury can have on a person's ability to participate in the daily activities and hobbies they enjoy. Wesley is passionate about helping patients regain strength, function, and independence so they can return to the activities that are meaningful to them
