Samantha Fisch, MS, OTR/L

Samantha Fisch, MS, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist, practicing at the Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine Rahway location. Sam was born and raised in Branchburg, NJ and earned her master's in Occupational Therapy from Kean University in 2025. While in school, Sam worked at a clinic that ran an intensive group-therapy program for children, teens and young adults with hemiplegia. This experience kickstarted Sam's interest in orthopedic settings and led her to Northeast. Sam is passionate about helping patients maximize their independence in activities that are most meaningful to them. Sam values building meaningful connections with her patients and strives to create a positive, supportive environment where patients feel empowered and motivated to achieve their goals. In her free time, Sam enjoys cross stitching, thrift shopping and spending time with friends and family, especially her husband and two cats.
