Quick Pain Relief
This office is top notch! Came in for reoccurring hip pain that’s been plaguing me for years. Dr. Pollack was fantastic, did an adjustment and brought me right in to X-ray to see what was going on. After a quick exam and my adjustment, I was already feeling better. He gave a quick and effective diagnosis of why he thought I was in pain. I was then given some strengthening exercises to help with the pain, and to stop it all together. It’s been a few weeks and I’m feeling great. The whole Office is fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were polite and courteous, the paperwork is quick and easy. All around great experience! I would recommend to anyone in need!
Personalized Care
My treatment at NESSM of TF have been the single most valuable aspect of care for my five herniated discs. From Michelle & Sam at the front desk, excellent technicians Stephanie and Lauren, knowledgeable therapists Dustin and Paul, and chiropractor Dr. Pollock (hoping I got everybody's names right:), I am made to feel at home and of Individual Importance. The entire staff works in Harmony to create an atmosphere of Healing. I walk in with a headache and numbness, and walk out with relief. Highly recommend.

The NE SS Tinton Falls location is an outstanding facility complete with very friendly, highly trained professional staff and state of the art equipment.
The front desk administrative staff Michelle and Sam are awesome.
They are always very pleasant and accommodating. You will always receive a friendly greeting whenever you enter their doors. Among their many duties, Michelle and Sam ensured that all of my registration and insurance paperwork was in order, and that my appointments are scheduled.
Dr. Pollack, who specializes in Chiropractic Medicine is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough initial evaluation, patiently answered all of my questions, then created my individualized treatment plan in order to obtain the best outcome. I feel so much better. His assistant Sam is also friendly, professional and attentive. Sam as well as all the staff members, uphold their commitment to safety by ensuring that all equipment is properly working and sanitized after every use.
Dr. Shenouda who specializes in Spine and Sports Medicine is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough examination, explaining my injuries and all areas of concern. He patiently answered my questions and then suggested the best treatment options. Dr. Shenouda is very gentle when conducting procedures which I experienced to be virtually pain-free. I have had very good results. Dr. Shenouda's assistant Jessica is wonderful. She is always very pleasant and helpful. Whether assisting with procedures or obtaining authorizations, she is professional and highly efficient.
